Registration

THE REGISTRATION DESK WILL BE OPEN AT 10:00am on WEDNESDAY 3rd JULY in the JUNGLE ROOM, THIRD FLOOR, EASTERN GATEWAY BUILDING, MAIN ENTRANCE TO BRUNEL BUSINESS SCHOOL, BRUNEL UNIVERSITY.

If you have not already registered with the conference and paid the appropriate fee, please do so before attending the conference.  It may be possible to take payment on the day, but this is by prior arrangement.

Call for Papers

The first call for participation is open and we invite researchers and practitioners to submit original work for presentation at the International Conference on Sustainable Human Development 2013 (iSHuD 2013).

The conference will be held in London, UK July 3rd to 4th 2013.

Brunel University campus, Uxbridge, UB8 3PH.

Scholars are encouraged to submit theoretical, empirical and practice oriented papers on the themes of the conference. We welcome high quality submissions in any of the cognate areas listed below in an international context with potential application to policy for improving the quality of life for citizens. The main criteria for acceptance are originality, relevance and scientific merit.

CONFERENCE AIMS

Through this conference we aim to provide the leading forum for debate on issues of importance to society at large. Through a structured programme of research presentations, seminars, posters, demonstrations and exhibition, it is intended that participants will gain new insights, knowledge and competencies of relevance to the betterment of life in a sustainable way. Scholars and policy makers will have the opportunity to engage in discussion on the pressing problems facing long-term viability and sustainability of societies, including considerations for diversity and well-being of local communities in reaction to the challenges posed by growing globalization and development.
Members of British Academy of Management (BAM) will be eligible for 25% discount on the normal full registration fee.
